One Mutt at a Time is a volunteer-based rescue. We rely heavily on committed volunteers for:

• bookkeeping

• dog walking

• grooming

• transporting

• fostering

• help at adoption events

• and more​

Fostering is our biggest need. All the animal's expenses are paid by our rescue (unless you want to donate). We ask that you give the animal lots of love, be patient with them as they learn new expectations, give them structure and boundaries, and start to work on socialization.
